5. What file types do you accept for artwork?
JPEG files are almost always recommended and work great for most projects. If you have another file type or aren’t sure what you have, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to take a look.

 

6. What if I don’t have artwork — can you help with design?
Yes! Our design team would be more than happy to work with you. Whether you have a rough idea or nothing at all, we’ll help guide the process and create something you’re proud of.

 

7. Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. Every order receives a proof for approval before printing to ensure everything looks exactly how you want it.

Yes! We can color match to help keep your branding consistent and professional across all products.

9. How do I place an order?
You can order select products directly through our website. For more in-depth, custom, or large-scale projects, we recommend emailing us so we can provide the best solution for your needs.

Pricing is dependent on the product type and size. For larger or custom orders, we’re happy to provide a personalized quote.


11. Is there a minimum order?
Nope. We’re happy to help whether you need one item or a large batch.

13. How long does production take?
Once a product is ready to print, most orders ship within 2–5 business days.

  • If your design is simple or already completed, printing can often begin within 1–2 days.

  • More intricate designs may take 2–10 days depending on complexity.

 

14. When does production begin?
Production begins after your proof has been approved.

 

15. What materials do you use for banners?
We typically print banners on 15oz banner material. Upon request, we also offer 13oz, 18oz, and mesh banner options.


16. Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
Yes! Many of our products are designed specifically for outdoor use.

 

17. How long do banners last?
Banners are considered seasonal products. While we’ve seen banners last for years outdoors, they are generally rated for 3–6 months depending on weather conditions and exposure.

 

18. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — local pickup is available in areas where we have sales representatives in Missouri and Arkansas.

 

19. Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

 
20. Can someone else pick up my order?

21. What if I notice a mistake after submitting my artwork?
Once a proof is approved, the artwork is considered final. Approval confirms that all details are correct, so please review proofs carefully.

 

22. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately, and we’ll work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

 

23. Do you offer refunds or reprints?
If we make a mistake, yes — we’ll make it right.
